Overall, I have to say the conference was great... The hotel, food, the speakers were all fantastic. I came away with a better understanding about a few things that I had been interested in, particularly ColdSpring. I had previously downloaded the source and read through the documentation, but I didn't really grasp the concepts until the Conference.

I also have a renewed interest in Model-Glue. I've used MG 1.1 in a small project at work, but haven't yet had the opportunity to work with 2.0 yet.

Although, I think I'm most excited about the next full release of ColdFusion 8 (Scorpio). It's a little overwhelming just how much Adobe has crammed into this new version and they haven't even let everything out of the bag yet.

Finally, I have to say it was great to be among so many respected developers from the ColdFusion community. It's inspired me to actually start blogging and try to be a more active, contributing member to the community. I really enjoyed being able to talk to others about ideas, challenges, experiences... and most of all--why ColdFusion just rocks!
