The Top Dead (or dying) Computer Publications

I'm curious as to the methodolgies used to determine ComputerWorld's published list of dead computer skills. They state that ColdFusion has been "superseded by other development platforms", however, the author fails to provide anything to back it up. I may be slightly biased but CF seems to only be getting better. Having witnessed not one or two, but three different presentations on Scorpio--the next release of ColdFusion--I have to say anyone would be hard-pressed to find any reason why it's not more relevant now than ever.

Anyway I typically try to stay away from stuff like this as I suspect a few things were added to the list only to incite links, comments, and the ubiquitous flamewar which will no doubt ensue.
